Cancellations & Refunds
At The Set, we want you to know that we are with you throughout this uncertain time. Should the government guidelines change and prevent the any of our outdoor events from taking place, you can either receive a full refund or hold on to your ticket for the next event.
If you are required to self isolate, tickets can be transferred to a friend or family member up until the 14th November.
Having reviewed the government guidelines, we will be proceeding with our outdoor event series throughout Autumn. Guidelines recommend outdoor events can take place with up to 30+ guests, but in the interest of safety, our personal preference and the wish for our guests to feel comfortable we will be limiting group sizes to a maximum of 20.
Within this, we will of course still be observing social distancing and safety measures. These measures will not impact your event experience.
We will develop a full Covid and General Event risk assessment.
You will be contacted the day before the event to ensure you are not presenting any Covid-19 symptoms and will be required to complete a form confirming this for you and all in your group.
The event will operate at a reduced group size to ensure social distancing is adhered to.
At the event;
Guests are asked to bring their own hand sanitiser. (We will have some available should you forget!)
Please ensure any items collected from the forage are not passed around the main group, only within your household / bubble.
Facemasks are encouraged but not compulsory as we are outside.
After the event;
Should you develop COVID-19 symptoms within 7 days of the event we ask that you contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org
